These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between z9777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the services made available at https://z9777.cam.

To register and maintain an Account on z9777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are registering and participating voluntarily, of your own accord, and are not doing so as an agent of, or on behalf of, any third party.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on z9777 at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, z9777 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the same individual and forfeit any bonus funds held therein.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address and email address. You must promptly update this information if it changes. z9777 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted via your Account is deemed to have been carried out by you unless you have promptly notified z9777 of unauthorised access.

All funds deposited into your z9777 Account must originate from a payment source of which you are the registered and legal owner. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are published within the Platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time. Amounts are generally denominated in or convertible to Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT) on the Platform are provided as familiar local context for user convenience only. These references do not imply endorsement, affiliation or approval of gambling by any such provider or institution. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously verified and linked to your Account. z9777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. • Bonuses are valid for the time period stated in each promotion's specific terms.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per household, per IP address, per payment method and per device.
• z9777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with prior notice where reasonably practicable.

All bets and wagers placed on z9777 are final once confirmed. You accept the risk inherent in gambling and acknowledge that the outcome of all games and sporting events is uncertain. The following activities are strictly prohibited on z9777 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or using an Account if you are under the minimum eligible age.
• Accessing z9777 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy or other circumvention tools.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer or any multiplayer game.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, z9777 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable local law.
